  I don't know... But hostess seemed to have too much on her plate...just long waits coming in and paying where no one was by front to greet or take money. (11am on Tuesday - It wasn't overly busy) A couple people just left because it felt like we were ignored. Even when waitress walked by register she wouldn't acknowledge or greet those waiting. Order messed up twice, but not sure who's fault it was. Late in season. Food was good. Nothing special that would drag me back again tho.

  Staff was incredibly friendly and cared about their customers. Without going into detail, they could tell one in our party was not feeling well and they went out of their way to help her and make her feel better.
  Also the food was great and the atmosphere is very colorful. Would recommend.

  Cozy little restaurant with friendly staff and large food portions. I ordered coffee cake and received a slice big enough to feed four! Good coffee and atmosphere don't hurt either. Definitely check out Village cafe if you're in Door County.
